Over the years, thousands of East Lancashire youngsters have enjoyed their time as a member of the various uniformed organisations.
We have been into the archives to dig out a few photos of various Scout groups from the early 1990s.
From picking up awards to holding charity events, there was certainly a lot going on.
It’s hard to imagine that these fresh-faced youngsters are now in their 40s and 50s with children of their own.
