TWO men with a passion for food have come together to create a unique rural dining experience in the heart of Buckinghamshire.

Oxmoor Farm's Wild Feasts, the renowned Buckinghamshire rural dining event, will return this year with 10 resident chefs delivering mouth-watering dishes between May and December.

The brainchild of Paddy Maynard and Harry Hope-Morley, both 30, the event has been created to highlight their shared love of local, high-quality seasonal produce.

Both Paddy and Harry have a rich background in hospitality.

Paddy has worked with the Soho House group and was instrumental in opening The Ned London and The Ned Doha.

He has opened restaurants in London and Exeter and has worked with prestigious events company, Spook, London.

Harry stems from a background of furniture and interior design, particularly within hospitality.

Venturing into the agricultural territory during the Covid pandemic, Harry undertook a Masters in Agriculture and land management.

His journey working on farms around the UK sowed the seeds for the Wild Feasts concept.

The chefs selected for Wild Feasts have been chosen with the goal of working with the seasons and using local British produce.

This year's selection includes top-tier chefs working behind the apron of restaurant names.

The culinary journey the guests will embark upon promises to be varied and exciting.

Chefs such as Michelle Trusselle will deliver a Caribbean banquet, Amy Poon will prepare a Chinese feast, and Kitty Cole’s preparations will be Mediterranean-inspired.

The Wild Feasts event has gained significant popularity over the past two years, with each event selling out and numerous guests returning.

This popularity has propelled an increase in the number of event dates offered this year.

Paddy and Harry look forward to working closely with the Chilterns Conservation board, Bucks Business First and Visit Bucks in support of this.

When not hosting a Wild Feast event, Oxmoor Farm has refurbished 'The Barn' for guests to enjoy morning coffees and evening meals over the weekends, starting from June 1.

The seasonal offering will include Neapolitan-style pizzas, small plates, and natural wines.

A discretionary £1 will be added onto the bill, and all the proceeds will go to Medical Aid Palestine.

Paddy and Harry said: "We have had it in our minds for a long time that we would create something special centred around wild dining in the countryside and inspired by the agri-tourism movement that is happening in the UK right now which is vital in supporting small farms into the future."

Tickets for the Wild Feasts from May to August are already on sale.

Tickets for the later dates, from August to December, will be released on July 1.
