Officers have charged a man following the discovery of a cannabis farm in South Ribble.
Police were called to Highfield Grove in Lostock Hall just before midnight on Saturday (23 March) over reports of suspicious activity.
A police spokesperson said: "On arrival, officers discovered around 400 cannabis plants in a number of rooms in the property. There was also evidence that the electricity had been bypassed. A 20-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
"Following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, Orgit Arapi, 20, of no fixed abode has been charged with production of a controlled drug and will appear in court today."
