SŌLŌ, AUGHTON
Located in a village setting and run by chef Tim Allen, Sōlō has been named as a top restaurant by major food guides and gained Michelin Star only 17 months after opening in 2021. It also won the prestigious Lancashire Life Restaurant of the Year Award in 2023. Highlighting contemporary British cuisine, the food is cooked in an open kitchen.

WILD ROOT KITCHEN, HALSALL
A stylish plant-based and licensed café and deli in rural Halsall. The menu has something for everyone, including dishes suitable for baby-led weaning; as well as cheeseboards featuring their own popular cashew nut cheese and an afternoon tea with homemade cakes.
