Police officers in Accrington seized a BMW after it showed no insurance.
Officers seized the silver 3 Series model last week following an increase in mobile patrols across Hyndburn.
Another person who was stopped and searched was found to be in possession of cannabis and received a community resolution.
Police said there has been an increase in the number of officers on patrol as part of Operation Centurion, aiming to reduce anti-social behaviour.
A police spokesperson said: "There has been some fantastic feedback from the public and local businesses who are pleased to see officers on foot providing a real visible presence and the operation will continue to run within this current location for a further period of time.
"Please be assured that officers are trying to make a real difference in Hyndburn."
