Tudor House run eight nurseries across the region and shared these images from some their pupils on World Book Day.
Each nursery had picked different theme for the day.
The Tudor House Day Nursery @ Mill Hill had posted: “The beauty of dressing up as a character for World Book Day means the options are endless, with many people opting to make DIY costumes.
“Children may opt to come to nursery as a classic character, such as the Mad Hatter from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland or the White Witch from The Chronicles of Narnia, pyjamas or simply themselves because everyone’s a unique character.”
