Local swing and jazz legend Arthur Geldard is set to make a return to The Grand in Clitheroe.

Vintage Swing Thing will feature performances celebrating the golden age of jazz on Sunday, April 20.

The standing event with limited, unreserved seating, aims to allow for a large dance floor so guests can show off their best swing dance moves throughout the evening.

Hailing from Clitheroe, Arthur has become a fan favourite around the Ribble Valley, following his "Sunday Singalong" sessions during lockdown.

Arthur said: “The atmosphere at our last performance was absolutely electric, and we can’t wait to be back on stage at The Grand.

“It’s a special venue that truly embraces the spirit of live music, and we’re honoured to have the opportunity to share our music with the audience once again.”
