Four fire engines were called to Accrington town centre this morning (February 20).
At around 9.05am, fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn were called to Broadway.
The fire involved the first floor of a commercial building.
Crews were in attendance for around an hour.
A fire service spokesperson said: "At 9.05am on February 20, four fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn attended an incident on Broadway, Accrington.
"The fire involved the first floor of a commercial building.
"Firefighters used one hose reel, a method of entry kit, a positive pressure ventilation unit, and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for one hour."
