There was a large emergency services presence at an industrial estate in Clitheroe this morning (February 9) following a suspected chemical leak.

Pictures and videos sent to the Lancashire Telegraph showed the emergency response outside a unit in Lincoln Way.

Police, fire, and ambulance personnel were at the scene and an area of the industrial site was thought to have been cordoned off.

Though unconfirmed by the ambulance service, it is believed some people may have been taken to hospital.
