A commercial property consultants headquartered in Blackburn has appointed a new associate director as the firm gets set to celebrate its 35th year in business. 

Trevor Dawson is further expanding its building consultancy team by appointing Ian Rawcliffe as an associate director of the firm.

The appointment coincides with the business's 35th anniversary year and signals an exciting 12 months of growth and celebration.

Mr Rawcliffe will be based at the Blackburn headquarters but will work across all three offices - Blackburn, Burnley and Bolton.

Graduating in 1999 with BSc (Hons) building surveying degree, Mr Rawcliffe has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2004.

He has previously run his own building consultancy business and more recently spent seven years at Manchester Design and Build where he was responsible for the delivery of a number of new-build, conversion and refurbishment developments in his role as projects director.
