With all the weather warnings recently we thought it fitting to show this photo which carried a weather warning, 90s-style.
The warning sign was put up on the side of the lake at Blackburn’s Corporation Park in January 1994 after reports that children were attempting to walk on the ice that had formed during a cold spell.
