Police have released a CCTV image as they investigate a pub break-in in Preston.
Officers were called to the Golden Cross Pub on December 24, at around 3.40am, to reports that a person had broke into the pub and stole cash from the fruit machine.
A CCTV image has been released and officers now want to speak with the person in the image, as part of their investigation.
A police spokesperson said: “Do you recognise this man?
“He is wanted in connection with a burglary at the Golden Cross Pub in Preston on 24/12/23 at 3:40am. The suspect broke into the pub and then stole cash from the fruit machine.
“Although we have made a number of enquiries, we have so far been unable to identify the man in the CCTV still.
“That is why we are now asking for your help. If you have any information that could help us to identify this man, please call 101 quoting log 376 of 24/12/2023 or email 8131@lancashire.police.uk.”
