Police want to speak to a teenager, as they investigate a stabbing in Blackpool.

On Monday night (January 22) police were called to Claremont Court to reports that a woman, in her 20s, had been stabbed in the abdomen.

She was taken to hospital and is currently in a stable condition.

Officers now want to speak with Tyler Moore, 19, whose last known address is Palatine Road in Blackpool.

If you see Tyler police have warned the public not to approach him but call 999.

A police spokesperson said: “You’ll remember that we appealed for information yesterday about a serious stabbing and we are now asking for you help to trace a man we want to speak to.

“As a reminder we were called at about 11pm on Monday (January 22) after a report a woman in her 20s had suffered a stab wound to the abdomen on Claremont Court.

“The victim was taken to hospital and is in a stable condition.

“An investigation is ongoing, and we now want to speak to Tyler Moore, 19, (pictured) whose last known address is Palatine Road in Blackpool.

“If you see Tyler or know where he might be please let us know immediately. Don’t approach him but call us on 999.

“We are also continuing to appeal for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward and contact us. Also, if you have any CCTV, mobile or Ring doorbell footage please get in touch.
