A Barnoldswick street food truck has opened as a bar and kitchen with a local eatery due to the popularity of its food.

Eyes on the Fries is a food stand serving loaded fries from a converted horsebox.

In late November, it partnered with Brown's Bar and Eatery in Manchester Road in the town to bring a combination of food and drink to the area under a new guise, the Barlick Kitchen.

A spokesperson for Eyes on the Fries said: "Eyes on the Fries is expanding! We are excited to have teamed up with Brown’s Bar to bring you The Barlick Kitchen!

"We have thrown our passion for food into a menu that feature classic dishes with a street food twist. We hope you love it!

"Call in to sample our food and wash it down with a refreshing pint."

The Barlick Kitchen serves food items such as burgers, loaded fries, and a range of desserts.

It currently has a Christmas Special food item, which is a cheesy pigs in blankets corn dog.

Lancashire Telegraph:

The kitchen can be found in Manchester Road, Barnoldswick, but the food truck is also available for parties and weddings.

It is open over the Christmas and New Year period and opening times can be found on its Facebook page.

Pendle Borough Council gave the kitchen a five star food hygeine rating during its last inspection.

Lancashire Telegraph: One diner, Grace Turner, left a review on Facebook which said: "Eyes on the Fries did a fantastic job of feeding almost 100 hungry guests at our wedding reception, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to book something a bit different for their event!

"The dishes created for our party included a vegan and vegetarian option and they all went down a storm with the guests.

"Service was friendly and courteous at all times, the owners were a pleasure to deal with and we wish them every success for the future. Get them booked now!"
