Boxes of Ferrero Rocher, sparkling water and Persil products are some of the stolen goods that were found in Chorley.
At 1am today (December 20), police stopped a car on Shepherds Way and found £900 worth of goods, believed to be stolen.
A total of 49 boxes of Ferrero Rocher chocolates, 24 mega packets of Persil washing capsules, scent boosters, a bottle of Martini Rosé and some sparkling water.
Officers are now looking for the rightful owners of the products. Anyone with information has been asked to get in touch.
A police spokesperson said: “Christmas time, Ferrero Rocher and wine.
“Last night at 1am our newest member of the Chorley and South Ribble Task Force PC Anderson stopped a car and located £900 worth of goods which we believe have been stolen.
“The goods were seized and we are looking to locate the rightful owner of these goods.
"The goods which were seized included 49 boxes of Ferrero Rocher, 24 mega packets of Persil washing capsules, scent boosters, a bottle of Martini Rosé and some sparkling water.”
