Revellers wanting to take part in a free festive singalong at a historic East Lancashire monument have been told they need to book quickly for the event.
Tickets are already being snapped up for the 'Carols at the Castle' community Christmas event in Clitheroe on Saturday, December 2.
Hundreds of singers are expected to attend.
It is part of a feast of free family fun being organised by Ribble Valley Council, Clitheroe Chamber of Trade and Love Clitheroe.
The day will culminate at 4.30pm at the bandstand of the 12th Century Grade I heritage-listed Clitheroe Castle
The free singalong will feature a live band leading modern and traditional carols,
Organiser Dave Thornber said: “This magical event is a free gift to the town from Love Clitheroe and admission although free is by ticket only.
“Tickets are being snapped up fast and we are advising people to act quickly if they want to attend.”
