Police have charged two East Lancashire men following a series of break-ins across Lancashire.
Shaun Griffith, 39, of Balmoral Road, Darwen; Scott Frankland, 27, of Devon Close, Haslingden, and Alex Rigby, 41, of no fixed address, have been charged with six offences of burglary of a dwelling house.
They are due to appear in court on February 2.
Burglars targeted six homes in Read, Preston, Higher Walton, Penwortham and Hoghton in February and March this year.
A spokesperson for the police said: “We have charged three men with burglaries at six houses in Lancashire.
“Following an investigation by the South Targeting Team and after consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, the three men were charged.
“They will all appear before Preston Magistrates Court on February 2, 2024.”
