It was a busy night on the roads for Lancashire police, who caught motorists speeding, drug driving and travelling without the correct insurance
One van vehicle was stopped in Preston. The driver tested positive for cocaine and was arrested.
The vehicle was also seized for having defective tyres and the driver was found to have no insurance or licence.
Another car was stopped on the M61, near Rivington. The driver was arrested for immigration offences and the vehicle was seized for having no insurance.
Issues on the M61 continued after a car was caught speeding at 118mph.
The driver only held their licence for 18 months and is awaiting a court date. H
Another driver was caught driving while disqualified and without insurance, after being stopped on the M55. The driver is awaiting a court date.
