Firefighters from Hyndburn and Blackpool fire stations will be raising money with charity car washes today (Saturday, November 11).
The money raised will be in aid of The Fire Fighters Charity, an organisation helping the UK fire services community live healthier and happier for 80 years.
Car owners are encouraged to bring their car down to either station at Hyndburn or Blackpool today, and firefighters will make the cars 'sparkle and gleam'.
Both cash and contactless payments are accepted.
A spokesperson for Lancashire Fire & Rescue said: "Today our crews [are] at @blackpool_fire and @Hyndburn_Fire for a charity car wash in aid of@firefighters999!
"Our firefighters will shine your motors until they sparkle and gleam (both cash and contactless payments are accepted).
"We hope to see you there!"
Car washes are available 11amto 3pm.
Hyndburn fire station is located at Fire Station, Hyndburn Road, Accrington BB5 4EQ.
Blackpool fire station is located at 62 Forest Gate, Blackpool FY3 9RA.
