If ever a photo summed up a typical winter’s day in East Lancashire then this is possibly it.
It shows the brave souls who had headed out into Burnley town centre in December 1993.
It’s interesting to see the shops at the time with the CRS department store in the background. You can also make out Dixons and Weir’s jewellers.
