A road is expected to be closed "for some time" as police respond to a crash.
Flensburg Way, at the junction of Tank Roundabout, between Leyland and Preston is currently closed in both directions.
Drivers should find alternative routes to get to their destination.
A police spokesperson said: "We're currently at the scene of a road closure on Flensburg Way at the junction with Tank Roundabout in Preston.
"The road is closed due to a road traffic collision and we anticipate this will be closed for some time.
"We'll provide an update once cleared and thank you in advance for your patience."
