A train guard was spat on by two teenagers as they attempted to board a train in East Lancashire.
Officers from the British Transport Police say they now have DNA and body worn footage of the incident and will be investigating further.
The teens were attempting to travel to Rishton on Friday (September 29) and were behaving in an anti-social manner on the train.
When the guard asked them for their tickets he was spat at.
A spokesperson for the BTP said: "Two young teenage males were attempting to travel to Rishton and were reportedly behaving in an antisocial manner aboard the train.
"When the guard asked them for tickets he was spat on.
"We now have DNA plus body worn video from the guard as part of our investigation."
