The business is adding 19 luxury lodges to its portfolio and has unveiled images of its new show lodges.
The luxury lodge park, which opened 13 years ago, is preparing to showcase the new phase of its development at an open day on Sunday, October 1, from 12pm until 4pm.
At the open day visitors can view the new show lodges and also learn more about the business’ next development phase and what it has to offer.

He said: “We currently have 30 lodges on site and we are very excited to introduce the next phase of our development with 19 more lodge bases available in the heart of the Ribble Valley.
“The 19 bases on the new phase are due to be completed and ready for lodges to be put on them by the end of October this year.

“We are aiming to sell the prime located plots which have stunning views over the Ribble Valley countryside.
“The lodges on offer can be made bespoke to the customers tastes and requirements.

“En-suite master bedrooms, open plan kitchen diner with the potential for massive decking areas which can be accessed through bi folding sliding doors ,where you can benefit the most from the spectacular viewings looking out from your lodge.
“We have a full 12 month holiday licence at Ribble Valley View which enables our customers and owners alike to enjoy their holiday home 365 days a year.”
Ian said business has been booming so far and hopes the new lodges will only build upon the company’s success.
He said the company is running at 95 per cent occupancy all year around.
Developed by the younger generation of the Simpson farming family at Dinckley, the idea and vision was to promote farm diversification and establish a business to keep the farm sustainable and prosperous.
Ian said: “The park was opened 13 years ago and has developed into a hidden gem location in the heart of the Ribble valley.
“We currently have a mixture of owner-occupied timber lodges on site and lodges we rent out on a short term weekly basis.”
