A new street food stall selling authentic Pakistani dishes has opened in Blackburn Market.
Lahori Street Food opened last Monday (September 18) in Church Street, The Mall, Blackburn and has already proved popular with locals.
The new stall sells authentic Pakistani cuisine that is freshly prepared and cooked for an affordable price.
The menu offers rice, noodles, and curries including Chicken Manchurian and black pepper chicken as well as chicken paratha rolls, shami egg burger, and chicken charga roast.
The stall also offers breakfast dishes and kids meals that come with chips and a drink.
Blackburn Market left a glowing review after trying some of the food from Lahori.
They said: “This place is sure to be a new spot at lunch time on the market, be sure to come down and check out what they’ve got!
“We tried the Chicken Paratha and it tantalised the tastebuds. Freshly cooked paratha that was warm, soft, and flaky, with a hot and peppery chicken filling. A lovely combination and priced at only £3.50, we highly recommend!
“We will be back for more!”
People have shared their excitement over the new food stall online, with several eager customers echoing that they would “definitely be visiting today” on the day of the opening.
Lahori Street Food is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
