Three people have been arrested on suspicion of burglary following an incident in the Ribble Valley.
Officers from the Ribble Valley rural taskforce have been busy investigating a burglary which happened in August in Alston, between Longridge and Grimsargh.
On Thursday (September 14) a vehicle of interest was identified which police believe was linked to the burglary and as a result three people were arrested.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Officers from the Ribble Valley rural taskforce have been investigating a burglary, that took place towards the end of August in Alston.
"Following a number of enquiries a vehicle of interest was identified, that we believed was linked to the burglary.
"Today, the vehicle was located in Burnley and three people were arrested on suspicion of burglary.
"The vehicle was also seized. An update will be posted in due course."
