A series of important roadworks are to be carried out in the final months of this year in Lower Darwen.
The roadworks will be in place along Lower Eccleshill Road and Hollins Grove Street and are in relation to the ongoing development works at Greenbank Terrace and Lower Eccleshill Road/Hollins Grove Street.
The roadworks will be carried out at the following locations:
- Greenbank Terrace - junction of Paul Rink Way/Millbank Road/Lower Eccleshill Road
Works Dates: September 15 - 19
Responsibility for Works: BT Openreach
Works Description: Telecoms Installation
Traffic Management: Traffic control (multi-way signals)
- Lower Eccleshill Road - junction of Hollins Grove Street
Works Dates: September 25 – November 3
Responsibility for Works: PN Daly
Works Description: Installation of Electrical Ducting
Traffic Management: Traffic control (multi-way signals)
- Hollins Grove Street - junction of Lower Eccleshill Road
Works Dates: September 25 – November 3
