A driver has been arrested after police found they had illegally entered the UK.
Officers pulled over a black Audi at the end of the M65 near Bamber Bridge yesterday morning (August 12).
They found the driver had illegally entered the country and they were arrested, while the vehicle was also seized.
A police spokesperson said: "This Audi was stopped this morning at the terminal island roundabout of the M65 at Bamber Bridge.
"The driver was found to have illegally entered the UK and was arrested. The vehicle was seized."
