A 19-year-old man suffered serious injuries in a crash between an e-bike and a Volkswagen Golf car.
Police were called to Belfield Road in Accrington at around 2.15pm yesterday (August 8), following reports of a crash.
The rider of the e-bike, a 19-year-old from Accrington, suffered serious head injuries and was taken to hospital, where he remains.
The driver of the VW Golf was unhurt in the crash.
Police are appealing for information and footage that can help with their enquiries.
Sgt Rebecca Price, of Lancashire Police's Roads Policing Unit, said: “This collision has left a young man with some serious injuries.
"I would appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision itself or who has any CCTV, dashcam or mobile phone footage to get in touch.”
Anyone with information which could assist the police's investigation is asked to contact police on 101, quoting log number 0862 of August 8.
