A man has been charged for a public order offence following reports of anti-social behaviour.

Ashley Tombs, of no fixed address was arrested and later charged with a public order offence yesterday (July 28).

Police were called to Memorial Park in Fleetwood following reports of anti-social behaviour and arrested the 34-year-old man.

He was bailed to Blackpool Magistrates Court.

A spokesperson for the police said: “Following reports of anti social behaviour in Memorial Park Fleetwood yesterday, Friday 28th July, officers attended and arrested a male for public order offences.

“34 year old Ashley Tombs of no fixed abode was later charged with a public order offence and bailed to Blackpool Magistrates Court.

“ASB is unacceptable - Everyone has the right to feel safe in their home and community.

“Getting tough on anti-social behaviour is a top priority in the Police and Crime Plan for Lancashire, set by Police and Crime Commissioner Andrew Snowden.”
