A 50-year-old man has been arrested after officers seized a significant quantity of class A drugs and cash earlier today.
Lancashire Police officers executed a misuse of drugs act warrant at a residential property on Commercial Street Rishton today, July 14.
During the search at the property, they seized the items and a male from the local area was arrested and will be interviewed by officers.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: “Lancashire Police have today executed a misuse of drugs act warrant at a residential property on Commercial Street Rishton.
“Whilst searching the premises officers seized a significant quantity of class A drugs and large quantity of cash.
“A local male in his 50’s was arrested and will be interviewed by officers.”
