Four fire engines were called to a fire in Great Harwood today (June 26).
At around 8.20am, four fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn, along with the aerial ladder platform from Hyndburn, attended the commercial building fire on Alan Ramsbottom Way.
Fire crews used one hose reel, two breathing apparatus and a positive pressure ventilation fan to put the fire out.
Fire crews were in attendance for around two hours and 10 minutes.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “Four fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn, along with the aerial ladder platform from Hyndburn, attended a commercial building fire on Alan Ramsbottom Way in Great Harwood.
“Firefighters extinguished the fire using one hose reel, two breathing apparatus and a positive pressure ventilation fan.
“Crews were in attendance for approximately two hours and 10 minutes.”
