A man, who reportedly posted videos about the Nicola Bulley disappearance, was arrested and has since been banned from entering Lancashire.

On June 18 a 34-year-old man was arrested on Fleetwood Road, in Greenhalgh, on suspicion of stalking.

The man, from Swindon, has now been released on conditional bail as the investigation continues.

As part of his bail conditions he has been told not to enter Lancashire for any reason other than to travel directly through it without stopping.

According to police these bail conditions have been set to prevent the interference or intimidation of any witness, including a number of people from the village of St Michaels on Wyre where Nicola’s body was found.

A police spokesperson said: “On June 18, officers arrested a 34-year-old man on Fleetwood Road, Greenhalgh, on suspicion of stalking.

“The man, who is from Swindon, has now been released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.

“His bail conditions have been set to prevent the interference or intimidation of any witness, including a number of people from the village of St Michaels on Wyre, and to not enter Lancashire for any reason other than to travel directly through the county without stopping.

“The man will report every Wednesday to Swindon Gable Cross Police Station.”

Nicola was out walking her dog in St Michael’s on Wyre on January 27 when she went missing. Her body was found a few yards down the river by police on February 19.

On Monday, June 26, an inquest into her death will be held in Preston. It is expected to last for two days.
