A driver has been arrested for being drunk, failing to stop for police and dangerous driving.
The damaged vehicle, pictured, entered Preston afer being driven around Rufford where it had already crashed with several parked cars.
It was then spotted being driven the wrong way on the A59 bypass and was stopped in Penwortham, with the driver arrested.
A spokesperson for the police said: "This vehicle entered Preston having already collided with several parked cars in Rufford.
"Vehicle then reported travelling contra on A59 bypass.
"Tactics put in place and vehicle was stopped in Penwortham.
"Driver arrested for drink driving, failing to stop and dangerous driving."
