An uninsured vehicle was seized by police officers in Accrington.
Officers had been patrolling Blackburn Road in the town, when they spotted the black Audi.
A Hyndburn police spokesperson said: "The driver has been issued with a summons for the offence and the vehicle has been taken off the road.
"We will not tolerate those who drive without insurance on our roads."
