A host of schools across East Lancashire will be closed today as teachers go on strike once again.
Members of the National Education Union (NEU) in England are striking on April 27 and May 2, marking the fourth and fifth days of national strikes this year.
NEU members who teach in sixth form colleges will also take part in the strikes.
Teachers in the county also went on strike in February and March, making this the third time this year there has been industrial action.
Lancashire schools closed due to strikes
