Two men are being sought by police in connection with a number of burglaries.

Alex Rigby, 41, is from Bolton and is wanted in connection with a burglary that happened in the Fulwood area of Preston on February 14.

Police believe he may have travelled to Blackpool or Cleveleys.

Rigby is also wanted on recall to prison.

In an update earlier today (Saturday April 15) officers said they are also now asking for help locating Owen Brady, 27, from Southport.

They believe Brady and Rigby are in company with each other.

A spokesperson for the police said: "We’d like to speak to both of them in relation to a residential burglary in Thornton-Cleveleys yesterday (Friday, April 14), as well as an attempted burglary at a nearby property.

"Rigby is wanted in connection with a residential burglary that occurred in the Fulwood area of Preston on February 14, and on recall to prison.

"A number of electrical items and jewellery was stolen, and we believe Rigby may have information that can assist our enquires.

"He is described as 5ft 6ins tall, clean-shaven and of medium build. He has links to the Bolton area.

"Brady is also wanted for breaching a court order.

"He is described as 5ft 7ins tall, of medium build, with a beard. He also has a scar to the right side of his face and eyebrow. He has links to Merseyside, Fleetwood, Blackpool and Preston."
