A WINDOW and conservatory company has relocated to a new site.

Valley Windows, Doors and Conservatories recently moved to its new headquarters at a 10,000sq ft site on Valley Business Park, Nelson, which now accommodates its showroom, warehouse, trade counter and offices.

The move was aided by funding from Yorkshire Bank's financial solutions centre, Blackburn.

The company was established 15 years ago by managing director, Dominic Hall, and now employs 20 staff.

Mr Hall said: "It has been a challenging time for us continuing to run the company throughout the move and also going from what was almost a small corner-shop enterprise to a large retail park operation.

"It has been a big step forward for us but so far things are going well and the future is looking very positive and Yorkshire Bank has played a big part in our expansion, in developing the company and getting us to where we are today."

John Reeves, business partner at Yorkshire Bank, said: "Dominic and his team have worked hard to grow the business and it really needed bigger premises to pursue his expansion plans."
