Finch Bakery opened in The Mall in December, proving to be popular even on the first day as crowds of sweet-toothed fans were welcomed.

The brand’s well-known treats include school dinner style sprinkle cake, deep pan cookies, brownies and blondies, with a selection of cakes made on site each day.

The twins first found a passion for cooking tasty treats after baking their own 21st birthday cake.

The business partners learned the art of baking through YouTube tutorials and decided to take their hobby even further after friends and family started asking the pair to bake for them.

Fast forward 10 years, the sisters now run two bakeries and have had two pop-up shops in Harvey Nichols Manchester and Harvey Nichols Liverpool.

They also post their baked goods to postcodes across the UK, as well as having written a recipe book which made the Amazon top 10 list.

Finch Bakery has 183,000 followers on Instagram, even boasting a coveted 'blue tick' on the social media site, plus 120,000 followers on Facebook.
