And in Clitheroe and surrounding areas of the Ribble Valley, residents really are spoilt for choice.

We had a look on TripAdvisor for the eateries in and around Clitheroe which are said to have some of the best brunch options.

Jungle

Jungle at 6-8 Moor Lane, Clitheroe is a great spot for brunch according to TripAdvisor.

The eatery which was awarded the Travellers' Choice Award in 2022 and is rated four and a half out of five stars, has a large range of options on the menu including breakfasts, bagels, sandwiches and flatbreads.

Jungle is open Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 11pm and Sunday 9am to 5pm.

Blueberries Café

Blueberries Café at 6 New Market Street is rated the third best restaurant in Clitheroe according to TripAdvisor and serves up light bites including sandwiches, toasties, cakes and plenty of breakfast options.

Open all week apart from Sundays, Blueberries Café is rated five-out-of-five on TripAdvisor and received the Travellers' Choice Award in 2022.

Brizola Bar and Grill

Brizola Bar and Grill, in Swan Courtyard in the heart of Clitheroe, is rated as the number one restaurant in Clitheroe according to TripAdvisor.

The eatery offers two menus for customers to choose from with lunch options available including sandwiches, salads, pizzas and omelettes or from a main menu which includes meats from the grill, starters and sides.

Brizola, which was awarded the Travellers' Choice Award in 2022 and is rated five out of five on TripAdvisor, is open Wednesday to Saturday 12pm to 11pm.

Delicious Deli & Cafe

Delicious Deli & Café at 11 Park View Shevington, Gisburn, is a great spot for brunch.

It offers full cooked breakfasts, paninis, sandwiches all served with a side salad and crisps, there are also bigger meals if people are feeling peckish such as pie and chips.

It has a four and a half out of five rating review on TripAdvisor and the opening hours are between 8am and 7pm and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Hindelinis Cafe

The food here looks incredible!

From pancakes to full cooked breakfasts, Hindelinis Café at Mill Lane, Gisburn, offers a wide range of brunch options.

Hidden away within the historic Gisburne Park estate in Ribblesdale Park, take your pick between breakfast bowls, toast and eggs, sandwiches, waffles and pancakes.

Open all week between 9am and 10pm, Hindelinis Café is rated four-out-of-five on TripAdvisor.
