A council has approved plans to change a field currently used for agriculture into a secure dog exercise field.
The development, on land to he north of Spurn Clough Cottage, Greenhead Lane, Brierfield, will also include alterations to access and the formation of a parking area with space for three cars.
Some concerns were raised by Cadent Gas over pipelines in the area and one objection was received by a nearby resident who raised concerns over loss of farmland.
However, Pendle Council deemed the application, lodged by Stuart Douglas, of Woodend Road, Reedley, to be acceptable.
The application was submitted in May 2021 and the plans were approved by Pendle Council on February 6.
