Police have reported a man for summons to court after stopping him from setting dogs running on hares.
Officers in the west of the county were informed of the illegal hare coursing earlier this week and on Thursday night stopped an offender for committing the crime against protected wildlife.
The person responsible had his vehicle seized and will now be summonsed to court.
