Police want to speak with the man pictured in this CCTV image after a woman was chased along a canal path.
UPDATE: The man has now been identified and will be spoken to in due course.
Around 11.25am on January 7, a woman in her 30s was running on the canal path off Barrowford Road when she was approached by a man.
The man chased the woman, attempting to stop her and grab her, before she got help from a member of the public.
The man then ran from the scene, with the woman unharmed.
Following CCTV enquiries police want to speak to the man pictured, who they believe could assist their investigation.
