Here are six places across Lancashire where you can buy a real Christmas tree:

1.Blackburn Christmas Trees

Address: Livesey Branch Road, Feniscowles

This new seasonal shop opened on Friday (November 25).

It sells real non drop Christmas Trees, wreaths and garlands.

Tree prices start at £25 and it can deliver the tree to your door.

2.Dove Syke Nursery
Address: Eaves Hall Lane, West Bradford, near Clitheroe

If you want a real tree that has been lovingly grown and cared for then look no further than the trees at Dove Sky Nursery.

This is a family-run Christmas tree farm which “grows and sells an extensive range of Christmas trees”.

From the popular Nordmann Fir to the more traditional Norway Spruce, there are a variety of trees to choose from here.

Wreaths are also available for purchase.

It is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, every weekend up to Christmas.

3. Christmas Trees 4 You
Address: Lower White Lee Farm, Barrowford Road, near Fence

This business has everything you need to buy and decorate a tree.

It ships fresh Christmas trees, decorations, fresh wreaths and artificial wreaths all over England and Wales.

It has a large selection of trees available including Nordman Fir, Fraser Fir, Norway Spruce and Scotch Pine.

It also stocks a selection of handmade decorations.

Tree prices start from £41.

4.Cliviger Christmas Trees
Address: Higher Red Lees Farm, Red Lees Road, Cliviger, BB10 4RF

Cliviger Christmas Trees will be open from Sunday November 27 and have a range of Nordman Fir and Fraser Fir trees.

It is also working in conjunction with Pendleside Hospice which is offering a tree disposal service for a small donation.

5.Joseph Noblett Christmas Trees
Address: Barkers Farm, Preston Road, Chorley

Their company website reads: “As leading Christmas tree suppliers, we stock a vast range of Christmas trees.

“We can offer your Christmas tree store Nordmann Fir, Fraser Fir, Lodge Pole Pine, Norway Spruce, Omorika, potted trees, pot grown trees and many more. We cut all of our Christmas trees as late as possible to maximise freshness for Christmas.”

Prices range from £8.50-£90 for trees.

6.Lawns Farm at Christmas

Address: Lawns Farm, Ballam Road, Lytham St Annes

This business sells Nordman Firs and homemade wreaths.

All trees are home grown and fresh cut. All order sizes are available with delivery also for a small fee.

It stocks a range of tree size from four to 12 feet. It also grows trees that are 23-24 feet tall, for councils and businesses.

Prices range from £30-£110.

It opens on Saturday November 27 until Christmas.
