House prices in Rossendale have gone up by an average of over £900 in the month of September, according to figures from the Land Registry.

The price fall in Rossendale is one of the largest percentage decreases in the entirety of the UK over the month.

 

The latest data from the government department reveals that in September 2022 average house prices in Rossendale reached £192,190.
