Fast-food restaurant Tim Hortons has revealed more details about its first Lancashire restaurant, including when it will open.

The brand, a Canadian coffee and doughnut chain, is set to arrive in Burnley later this month but the business has remained tight-lipped about specific details until now.

Tim Hortons has today (November 17) announced it will open the doors to its first restaurant in Lancashire on Wednesday, November 30.

Located at Anchor Retail Park, the new restaurant will create more than 50 jobs for the local community, offering a combination of full-time and part-time roles with impressive progression and training opportunities.

Fans in and around Burnley can be one of the first to try its famous coffee, freshly baked donuts, and delicious meals when doors open at 7am.

As part of the launch celebrations at Anchor Retail Park, the first customer in the restaurant queue will be awarded with free drinks for a year, with a prize worth £3,100.

The brand also be giving away a free breakfast meal to its first 100 customers.

Tim Hortons will also run a series of promotions each week following the official opening, starting with Christmas Donuts for 99p until midnight on Sunday, December 4.

The new restaurant will be open from 6am till midnight, seven days a week with dine-in, takeaway and delivery options available.

The menu will feature best-selling items, including Timbits, Iced Capps and Tims Crispy Chicken Sandwich as well as delicious breakfast, lunch and evening meal options, including hot sandwiches, wraps and burgers.
