ITV series, The Bay, has resumed filming in Lancashire and we have some exclusive behind-the-scenes pictures.
The fourth series of the crime show, which is set and filmed in Morecambe, is currently in production.
Photographer Ian Lane has managed to take some fantastic pictures of the cast and crew filming outside the town’s Midland Hotel in Marine Road, and around the Promenade.
The pictures show Marsha Thomason as DS Townsend, Daniel Ryan as D.I Tony Manning, and other members of the cast and crew as they film scenes for the show.
A fourth season of The Bay was confirmed back in February and filming started in June.
In the new series, which is set to air in 2023, Marsha will reprise her role as as Jenn Townsend.
It is her second series after replacing Morven Christie in the lead role.
Other regular cast members including Andrew Dowbiggin, Erin Shanagher, Thomas Law, Barry Sloane, Georgia Scholes, Emme Haynes and David Carpenter.
Series four will begin with the death of young mum in what seems to be a targeted attack. But as the murder investigation team dig deeper, they'll uncover secrets and deceptions.

The Bay is commissioned for ITV by head of drama, Polly Hill, who said: “The Bay continues to captivate viewers and is a hugely successful drama for ITV, both on linear transmission and the ITV Hub.
“Marsha Thomason's casting in the last series was inspired, and Daragh Carville and the Tall Story Pictures team once again deliver a plot full of twists and turns that will keep you guessing to the end, while all set again the dramatic coastline of Morecambe, with its glorious sea and skyscapes."
