A Blackburn man has been charged with making fraudulent orders of approximately £24,000.
Ribble Valley police said in June 2021 the rural taskforce team arrested a male on suspicion of fraud.
It followed the delivery of a suspicious parcel to an address in Waddington.
Now, a man has been charged with the alleged offences by police.
Dexter Slater, of Whitaker Drive, Blackburn, has been charged with fraud by false representation and is due in court later this month.
A police spokesperson said: "The man was released under investigation at the time whilst police gathered further evidence.
"In total 10 victims of fraud were identified from across the United Kingdom.
"The value of the fraudulent orders was approximately £24,000."
