Police are looking to identify the person in the attached image after a man exposed himself to a woman on a train.

UPDATE: The man has now been identified and officers are not looking to identify anyone else.

Officers are investigating the indecent exposure incident, which happened on board a train travelling from Accrington to Manchester at around 11pm on Friday, July 15.

Police believe the man in the image may be able to help them with their enquiries.

A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said: "Officers investigating an indecent exposure offence on a service from Accrington to Manchester are today releasing this image in connection.

"At 11pm on Friday, July 15, a man sat opposite a woman on the train and exposed himself to her.

"Officers believe the man in the image may have information which could help their investigation."
