A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with wounding after an alleged stabbing in Blackburn town centre.
A 25-year-old man was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital following the incident in Penny Street at 4.20pm on Wednesday.
Anthony Bell, 21, of Devonport Road, has been charged with wounding with intent and is due to appear before Blackburn Magistrates Court today.
