A criminal has been jailed for 210 days after admitting stealing from a shop.
Burnley magistrates heard how Norman "Knuckles" Jones, 57, had been subject to a suspended sentence for pretending to collect for charity at the time.
The bench activated the 150-day suspended term and he was given an additional 60 days for the theft offence.
The defendant, of Earl Street, Burnley, had admitted theft from Lidl.
Last month a judge imposed a court order on Jones preventing him from asking the public for cash after he pleaded guilty to asking for money for a made up ju-jitsu club.
Police also urged the public not to give money to Jones, who is a former member of Burnley's Suicide Squad and a convicted murderer.
